Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks before your treatment. Stop using retinoids or exfoliating acids 5 days prior. Arrive with clean skin (no makeup or creams). Dr. Sravya will provide specific pre-treatment instructions during your consultation.

Dr. Sravya prescribes medical-grade skincare products based on your specific skin type and condition. She avoids one-size-fits-all recommendations and instead creates a personalised regimen using dermatologically tested, evidence-based products.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a nominal fee. We understand emergencies happen — just let us know as soon as possible.
